OBTAIN AN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS GRANT ALONG WITH YOUR DEL FINANCING
This conditionally non-repayable financing enables your business to take advantage of specialized professional support, facilitating the completion of your business projects. We provide a business grant of up to $20,000 to reimburse 50% of external professional fees related to the project, up to a maximum of 10% of the loan amount authorized and granted by DEL.

The grant is paid upon receival of bills and proof of payment for eligible expenses.

- Direct fees charged for external consultation services that supported the business in carrying out its project in order to minimize technical or market risks and that fall into one of the following categories:
- Technology validation
- Market validation (marketing)
- Profitability analysis
- Operational efficiency
- Human resource management
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Legal professional fees related to the project
- Professional fees for architects
- Other relevant fees or expenses

Main documents to present
- Be legally constituted
- Be located in the DEL region or plan to be
- Operate in an eligible industry and offer value-added services or products generally intended for businesses (B2B)
- Submit a project that will help to create and/or maintain jobs
- Obtain repayable financing from DEL
- Submit a support project that falls under one of the eligible categories
- Demonstrate that the business and entrepreneur are not in default to the government or its creditors, nor are they the subject of any litigation
- Service offer of external professionals hired to support the project
- Invoices and proof of payment
- Summary report of the services provided and recommendations implemented
